Returns
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returned products if they do not meet these conditions.
Returns process
- Register your return by emailing us at info@skinssolutions.com. Please include your name, order number and zip code in your email so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
- You are responsible for the shipment yourself. Pack the product safely and in the original packaging.
- The costs for returning a product are borne by the customer. We have chosen this approach to encourage conscious purchases and thereby try to reduce unnecessary returns. This contributes to reducing the ecological impact associated with transport and packaging of products. If you have any questions about this sustainability policy, please feel free to contact us.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days. The refund will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
